While all our artists follow the same reference, due to the nature of hand-painted artwork, slight differences in brushwork, color blending and personal interpretation can sometimes occur. That being said, we are fully committed to making sure your piece matches your expectations, and our artist will adjust the painting accordingly based on your feedback.
If the artwork you receive does not match the painting we mutually confirmed prior to shipment, you are entitled to a full refund.

Cancellations requested after completion of the artwork will incur a $100 handmade labor fee, reflecting the time and materials invested.
